A La Carte Private Home Care LLC was founded by Patricia Santos, a Certified Nurse Aide with over 25 years of hands-on experience. Throughout her career, Patricia witnessed firsthand how seniors thrive emotionally, physically, and mentally when they're able to remain in a familiar home environment, surrounded by comfort, routine, and loved ones.
Her passion for caregiving and commitment to treating every client like family inspired the creation of A La Carte — a company dedicated to providing individualized support tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities
- Assist with ADLs, including toileting, bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support transfers and mobility (bed, chair, walking)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide specialized support for Alzheimer's and dementia behaviors
Qualifications
- CNA/HHA certification preferred
- Experience with Alzheimer's or dementia care required
- Patient, calm, and compassionate demeanor
- Strong communication and dependability
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
- Comfortable assisting with toileting and physical transfers
